Q: What are the main functions of LM-100?

A: Apart from lighting, users can use LM-100 to play MP3, copy data and set up system.

 

Q: What is the different between LM-100 and LM-100R?

A: LM-100R has the same main function as LM-100, and it also has additional function such as alarm clock and FM Radio.

 

Q: Can user choose to copy certain formats of files using OTG?

A: No, all files will be copied from USB to MMC/MS/SD and vice versa despite of their formats.

 

Q: Will alarm clock start while the device is playing music?

A: The backlight of the screen will be on for one minute without playing any music files from USB or MMC/MS/SD.

A: When the alarm clock starts, the device will play music from USB or MMC/MS/SD for one minute and then turns off.

 

Q: Do users have to re-set time if the device is unplugged?

A: User have to re-set time if the device is unplugged.

 

Q: Are there any built-in alarm ringtones in LM-100?

A: No. Users have to use either USB or MMC/MS/SD (must contain music files in MP3 or WMA formats) as a source of alarm ringtone.

 

Q: Can users choose any of the song in USB or MMC/MS/SD as the preferred alarm ringtone?

A: The device will automatically choose the first detected music file as the ringtone.

 

Q: What should I do if there are scrambled characters on the screen?

A: Please remove the power adaptor and re-plug it again.

Q: What location information will be shown on the SMS?

A: Besides latitude and longitude, the nearest address of the target location will be shown.

 

Q: What is Geofence function and how does it work?

A: Geofence function allows users to set up boundaries of certain areas for the device. When the device is moved in or moved out of the boundaries of certain areas, warning information will be sent via SMS.

 

Q: Can T-100 make SOS emergency calls?

A: When the device is in SOS mode, the device will automatically make an emergency call and will transmit the sounds from target location.

 

Q: How many SOS mobile phone numbers can be pre-set?

A: User can pre-set 5 mobile phone numbers for contacts to receive SOS emergency messages via SMS.

 

Q: Can users extend the memory of the device?

A: Yes, users can extend the memory of the device up to 4G with SD cards.

 

Q: Is the battery replaceable or rechargeable?

A: Yes, the battery is both replaceable and rechargeable.

 

Q: How long is the stand-by time?

A: Users can use the device for 10 hours after every 3 hours of recharging.

 

Q: Can users set up the preferred interval and frequency of SMS report?

A: Yes, users can set up the interval and frequency of SMS report as desired.

 

Q: Is T-100 waterproof?

A: Because of the SIM card and SD card slots on the exterior of the device, T-100 is not waterproof. Users should avoid dropping the device into water or any liquids which might cause the device to be out of order.

 

Q: How much do the SMS location reports cost?

A: It depends on the charges of different telecommunication service providers.

Q: What does LED stand for?

A: LEDs are semiconductors, diodes in particular. A LED should have high hole mobility inside the semiconductor crystal emitting the light. But high hole mobility also means that the full content of any section of the crystal is unpredictable to a large extent. So your bright LED is quite unpredictable as to exact resistance, also.

 

Q: What are the characteristics of LED?

A: ●The illuminant temperature is lower than normal light bulbs、low radiation.

    ●Energy savings, low power consumption.

    ●Long life-span, low maintenance costs; no environmental pollution, various colors.   

    ●Point source, directional beam, high illumination efficiency, low-voltage, fast start. 

    ●They are vibration- and impact-resistant, making them virtually vandal-proof

    ●Small size, lamp can be smaller and save space.

 

Q: Can LED lighting be attached to traditional lighting cases?

A: Of course. Fluorescent tubes, E27 and MR16 can be installed without changing the original cases.

 

Q: How many LED products does your company offer?

A: Basically there are two categories: Indoor Lighting and Outdoor Lighting.

 

Q: What are the color temperatures of your products?

A: 3200K-4000k for warm white and 4200K-6000K for white.

 

Q: What is the average LED life-span?

A: It is about 30,000 to 40,000 hours. However, some competitors claim that their LED life-span can go up to 100,000 hours.

 

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: We offer two-year warranty for outdoor lighting and one-year warranty for indoor lighting.

 

Q: How many kinds of E27 do you have?

A: We have Cylinder Lamp, Recessed Lamp, and Globe Lamp.

 

Q: Do you have a factory? Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is in Baoan, Shenzhen China.

 

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: Our products must pass our QC before shipping out, so there will be at least one week for quality check-up.

 

Q: How about competitors prices?

A: Because each company has different manufacturing and packaging technologies, the prices are different. Basically, there is not much price difference between ours and those of competitors.

 

Q: Who are your main customers?

A: Tamsui WATERFRONT and Farglory Group.

 

Q: Could I place an order in Taiwan and have it delivery to China? How about the payment term?

A: Yes, cash upon the receipt of the delivery.

 

Q: If customers ask for quotation on the spot, can you do that? And how?

A: Yes, we could offer our list price first, and offer discounts based on the order quantity.

 

Q: Is the heat-emission function of your LED lights safe?

A: Our LED products have CE, FCC, and UL certifications.

 

Q: How many different lumens can you make?

A: It depends on the product categories. That is, different product application acquires different lumen.

 

Q: How competitive are your products?

A: We have our own factory, we are able to handle OEM and ODM, therefore our prices are lower than most of distributors, but the qualities are better.
